Where is my order?

How do I track my shipment?
You will first receive an email confirming your order. Then, within 1 to 3 business days after payment, you will receive an email notifying you that your package has been shipped. This email will also contain a link where you can track your order and view your tracking number.
For more detailed tracking, go to our website and click on the “Track Order” tab, then click on the “Track Order” button, enter your tracking number, and you’ll be able to check the status of your order.
I entered my tracking number, but I get an error or no information shows up.
Check if you entered the correct number, which was sent to you via email within 1 to 3 business days after payment. The tracking number is usually 13 characters long, a combination of letters and numbers. Do not include any spaces.
If you are sure you entered the correct number, it is likely a network error. Close the tab and try again later. If the issue persists, contact us for further assistance with your shipment.
What if I don’t receive the confirmation email?
Your confirmation email might have gone to your spam or junk folder. If you still can’t find it, email us at contacto@casenfy.com and we will investigate further.
Remember that the confirmation email will be sent immediately after you place your order. Then, within 1 to 3 business days after payment, you will receive an email with shipping information along with the tracking number.
How long will it take to receive my order?
